Zach Maurides,  Founder and CEO of LAS

Zach developed the foundations of our company while attending Duke University.  Mr. Maurides, an athlete his entire life and a member of the Duke Football team for 5 years is acutely aware of the administrative challenges of coordinating large, decentralized groups of people.  His understanding of the challenges Coaches, Administrators, and Support staff face when communicating with each other and their athletes led to Zach's creation of TeamWorks.

Alex Sarelas, Chief Technology Officer of LAS

Alex brings more than 30 years of hardware engineering, technical management, and software experience.   Mr. Sarelas has extensive experience in managing software development and computing operations, and was named one of "Chicago's 100 Most Influential Technology Stars" by Crain's Chicago Business.

Prior to joining LAS, Mr. Sarelas provided consulting services for Internet and e-commerce startups, and also founded several successful start-ups including Webley Systems, Inc., a unified messaging/telecommunications services company which provides a "virtual personal assistant" product, and National Payment Clearinghouse (NPC). Under his direction, NPC and Microsoft developed the online services, Pay On-Line, Bank On-Line and Quotes On-Line, which are provided in Microsoft Money and Intuit's Quicken product and became Intuit's Director of Technology when Intuit purchased NPC.

Alex has a stellar track record for building and managing the day-to-day operations of emerging technology companies, and brings world-class systems design and architecture experience to the LAS management team.

Shaun Powell, Lead Architect and Director of Development

Shaun graduated from UNLV with a degree in Management Information Systems.  Mr. Powell has over 10 years experience in web application development spanning healthcare, entertainment, and athletic industries.  His unique approach to development allows LAS to develop customer solutions rapidly while maintaining a high level of quality.
